- 2 lbs extra lean turkey
- 2 cans no salt added diced tomatoes
- 2 can tomato sauce
- 2 cups of shredded carrots
- 1/4 chopped purple onion
- 4 tablespoon of organic chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Brown the meat and add the tomatoes, sauce, and veggies. Next, add the salt and chili powder and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Let the chili simmer for 10 minutes and then serve.
