Turkey Chili

                                                                                               Ingredients: 

  • 2 lbs extra lean turkey
  • 2 cans no salt added diced tomatoes
  • 2 can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups of shredded carrots
  • 1/4 chopped purple onion 
  • 4 tablespoon of organic chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

     Directions:
Brown the meat and add the tomatoes, sauce, and veggies. Next, add the salt and chili powder and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Let the chili simmer for 10 minutes and  then serve.

Makes 8 servings
