Gluten-Free Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 package organic brown penne pasta (sodium free) (gluten free) 16 oz
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 2 cups FAGE non-fat yogurt
  • 10 packs low sodium tuna
  • optional 1/4-1/2 cup walnuts

Cook the noodles as directed on the package. Add the sliced grapes, chopped celery, tuna, yogurt and mix the ingredients together. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 30 minutes.


                           Serve over a bed of spinach.
                                 Makes 8 servings.
