My Fit-Life



My fit-life is comparable to my teacher life. I PLAN my meals a head of time. I PREP my food for the week. I PLAN my workouts a month out, with some daily-weekly tailoring. Sounds a bit extreme, right? I know... However, in order to see results, one has to PLAN to make the time- to make it happen!
